Gordon Plant & Carole Court / When a product speaks to you, what voice do you hear?

A products voice can create an emotional connection with users and an experience that they remember. Almost all user experience relies on written words and how those words are chosen will determine the voice of the product.

In this workshop we will look at ways to choose and develop an appropriate voice for your product.
