Jon Fisher & Paul Richardson / Design Sprints

With the growth of lean UX methodologies many UX folk have found themselves thrust into tighter timescales with design outputs required in a more piecemeal fashion. Our workshop will discuss a methodology for collaborative working in fast design sprints (2 – 5 days). Our approach is aimed at maximising output, incorporating user research and ensuring the overall experience of the digital product remains consistent across several sprints. We have used the approach with a range of high-profile clients across the private, public and third sectors.

The workshop will consist of a simulated design sprint with key lessons presented throughout.
